The Naperville Central Redhawks volleyball squad (Naperville, IL), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL)

With the win, Shepard improves its record to 17-13 on the season. The Astros host Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to encounter the Chargers in a non-league battle on Monday, May 12. The Chargers go into the battle with a record of 18-9. Stagg lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL)

The Redhawks now own a 5-21 record. They put it on the line next when they host Naperville North for a DuPage Valley match on Tuesday, May 13. Naperville Central will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 9-15.
