The Berlin Indians overwhelmed the host Markesan Hornets softball squad by a count of 19-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers (Jackson, WI) in a East Central challenge, on Tuesday, May 13. Berlin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Chargers go into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Wisconsin Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI).

The Hornets (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Randolph (Randolph, WI). The Rockets go into the Trailways - North challenge with a 4-8 record.
