May 12, 2025: Plainville, CT 06062 Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT), 6-1 in a league game.
With the triumph, Plainville upgrades its record to 9-5 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Maloney (Meriden, CT) to play the Spartans in a Central Connecticut - South game on Wednesday, May 14. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 8-7. Maloney won 15-3 in their recent non-league game against Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT)
The Red Wolves now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Farmington for a Central Connecticut - South game on Tuesday, May 13.
