May 13, 2025: Rochester Hills, MI 48306 Stoney Creek Cougars (Rochester Hills, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Stoney Creek advances its record to 3-10 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Powers Catholic (Flint, MI) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 4-7. Powers Catholic lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Davison (Davison, MI)
The Yellowjackets now have a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Farmington for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 14. Avondale will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 5-7.
