The Lawrenceburg Tigers softball team scored 7 runs and held the host East Central Trojans to 5 in the Tigers league win on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rising Sun for a non-league battle on Friday, May 16. Lawrenceburg will confront a Shiners team coming off a 15-1 non-league win over Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN). The Shiners record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, East Central moves to 13-5 on the season. The Trojans host Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN) to confront the Fighting Irish in a non-league battle on Saturday, May 17.
