The Canyon Comanches baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Maranatha Minutemen to 6 in the Comanches non-league win on Friday.

The Comanches now own a 19-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Servite for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 20. Canyon will clash with a Friars team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA). The Friars record now stands at 16-13.

With the defeat, Maranatha drops to 18-10 on the year.
