Connecticut High School Softball - Farmington drops to O'Brien RVT
May 16, 2025: Ansonia, CT 06401 O'Brien RVT Condors (Ansonia, CT) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT), 14-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, O'Brien RVT improves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Condors host Bassick (Bridgeport, CT) to face the Lions in a non-league game on Monday, May 19. The Lions enter the game with a record of 0-8.
The River Hawks now hold a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Lewis Mills for a Central Connecticut - South game on Monday, May 19. Farmington will face a Spartans squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Bristol Eastern (Bristol, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 9-8.
