May 17, 2025: Oak Forest, IL 60452 The Oak Forest Bengals baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Lincoln Park Lions to 3 in the Bengals non-league win on Saturday.
The Bengals now own a 19-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Argo for a test on Monday, May 19. Oak Forest will clash with a Argonauts team coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Chicago University (Chicago, IL). The Argonauts record now stands at 11-19.
With the defeat, Lincoln Park drops to 13-17 on the year. The Lions travel to Evanston (Evanston, IL) to clash with the Wildkits in a non-league test on Thursday, May 22. The Wildkits go into the test with a record of 12-16. Evanston won 8-6 in their recent non-league test against Niles West (Skokie, IL)
