May 19, 2025: Hightstown, NJ 08520 The Hightstown Rams (Hightstown, NJ) softball nipped the visiting Steinert Spartans (Hamilton, NJ), 2-1 in Monday's league outing.
The Rams now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Notre Dame for a CVC - Colonial outing on Tuesday, May 20. Hightstown will encounter a Irish team coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NJ). The Irish record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Steinert moves to 16-3 on the season. The Spartans host St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ) to encounter the Lancers in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 24. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 14-2. St. John-Vianney won 12-0 in their recent non-league outing against Wall Township (Wall, NJ)
