The Hoffman Estates Hawks triumphed over the visiting Buffalo Grove Bison lacrosse team by a tally of 8-3 in Friday's league match.

Next up, the Hawks confront the Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL) in a Mid Suburban match, on Monday, May 5. Hoffman Estates will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 9-6 record after their 13-4 league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL).

The Bison (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Giants come into the non-league match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Highland Park was overwhelmed by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 16-4, in a league match.
