In Friday's non-league bout, the Vincennes Rivet Patriots (Vincennes, IN) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN), by a tally of 19-12.

Next up, the Patriots encounter the Bedford North Lawrence Stars (Bedford, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 24. Vincennes Rivet will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Stars enter the bout with a 15-6 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Providence (Clarksville, IN).

The Thunderbirds (4-14) will now prepare for their bout against White River Valley (Switz City, IN). The Wolverines enter the non-league bout with a 0-13 record. In their last bout, White River Valley was overwhelmed by Shakamak (Jasonville, IN), 22-0, in a league bout.
