In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Sunnyslope Vikings baseball team scored a tight 10-9 victory over the Corona del Sol Aztecs.

The Vikings (14-17) will now prepare for their game against O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 19-10 record. In their last game, O'Connor tipped Chandler (Chandler, AZ), 6-2, in a non-league game.
