Indiana High School Softball - Fountain Central drops to North Montgomery

North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Fountain Central Mustangs (Veedersburg, IN), 12-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, North Montgomery improves its record to 7-8 on the year. The Chargin' Chargers travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, IN) to face the Tigers in a Sagamore game on Thursday, May 8. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 14-7. Lebanon won 13-9 in their recent league test against North Montgomery (Crawfordsville, IN)

The Mustangs (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Attica (Attica, IN). The Red Ramblers go into the Wabash River test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Attica was routed by Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN), 11-7, in a league test.
