In Friday's non-league bout, the North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Benton Central Bison (Oxford, IN), by a tally of 13-2.

Next up, the Chargin' Chargers encounter the Clinton Prairie Gophers (Frankfort, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 10. North Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Gophers enter the bout with a 12-4 record after their 11-0 league win over Clinton Central (Michigantown, IN).

The Bison (5-15) will now prepare for their bout against Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN). The Kougars enter the non-league bout with a 7-9 record. In their last bout, Kankakee Valley was overwhelmed by Kouts (Kouts, IN), 8-3, in a non-league bout.
