August 11, 2025: Locust Grove, GA 30248 Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA), 9-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Jackson upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Red Devils host Lamar County (Barnesville, GA) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Wednesday, August 13. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 3-0. Lamar County won 10-4 in their recent non-league match against Marion County (Buena Vista, GA)
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA) in a 4A Region 2 match, on Tuesday, August 12. Locust Grove will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
