Texas High School Volleyball - Malakoff tips Mabank
August 12, 2025: Malakoff, TX 75148 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Malakoff Tigers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Mabank Panthers.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Fruitvale (Fruitvale, TX). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Fruitvale was edged by Wolfe City (Wolfe City, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sulphur Bluff for a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. Mabank will face a Bears squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Como-Pickton (Como, TX). The Bears record now stands at 1-0.
