August 14, 2025: De Kalb, TX 75559 Chisum Mustangs (Paris, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bells (Bells, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Bells beat Tioga (Tioga, TX), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bears meet the Whitewright Tigers (Whitewright, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 14. De Kalb will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX).
