With the win, Giddings improves its record to 1-4 on the season. The Buffaloes travel to Rock Hill (Frisco, TX) to face the Blue Hawks in a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. The Blue Hawks go into the test with a record of 1-0. Rock Hill won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Frisco (Frisco, TX)
Next, the Eagles meet the St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans (Austin, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 15. Eagle Pass will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Grace Academy (Georgetown, TX).
