August 15, 2024: West Jordan, UT 84088 Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Springville Red Devils (Springville, UT), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Copper Hills advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT) to clash with the Dons in a non-league test on Saturday, August 17. The Dons come into the test with a record of 2-2. Spanish Fork won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Sky View (Smithfield, UT)
The Red Devils now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salem Hills for a 5A Region 7 test on Tuesday, August 20. Springville will clash with a Skyhawks team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Uintah (Vernal, UT). The Skyhawks record now stands at 2-1.
