The Lake Creek Lions (Montgomery, TX) volleyball held off the host Klein Oak Panthers (Spring, TX), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Clemens for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16. Lake Creek will battle a Buffaloes team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Friendswood (Friendswood, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 2-4.
