August 15, 2025: Longview, TX 75608 Robinson Rockets (Robinson, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Pine Tree Pirates (Longview, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Robinson improves its record to 7-1 on the season. The Rockets travel to Diboll (Diboll, TX) to meet the Lumberjacks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Lumberjacks come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Diboll won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Garrison (Garrison, TX)
Next, the Pirates meet the Van Vandals (Van, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 19. Pine Tree will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Vandals come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over China Spring (China Spring, TX).
