August 16, 2024: Anderson, SC 29625 Oakwood Christian (Anderson, SC) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Appling Christian Academy Eagles (Baxley, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oakwood Christian improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The travel to Old Suwanee Christian (Buford, GA) to face the Conquerors in a non-league test on Saturday, August 17. The Conquerors go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Eagles now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kings Way Christian School for a non-league test on Friday, August 16.
