In Saturday's non-league game, the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) flag football team edged the visiting South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA), by a margin of 19-13.

The Highlanders/Scots now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Santiago for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. Upland will clash with a Sharks squad coming off a 45-6 non-league loss to JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, South Hills drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Huskies host Fontana (Fontana, CA) to clash with the Steelers in a non-league outing on Monday, August 18.
