Georgia High School Softball - Vidalia bounces Charlton County
August 16, 2025: Vidalia, GA 30474 The Vidalia Indians softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Charlton County Indians to 1 in the Indians non-league win on Saturday.
The Indians now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Laurens for a non-league battle on Monday, August 18. Vidalia will confront a Falcons team coming off a 9-8 league loss to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
The Indians (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Clinch County (Homerville, GA). The Panthers enter the 1A D-II Region 2 challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Clinch County overcame Peach County (Fort Valley, GA), 12-8, in a non-league challenge.
