August 16, 2025: Fayetteville, GA 30214 Strong Rock Christian Patriots (Locust Grove, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their softball team tip the host Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA), 8-1 in a non-league match.
The Patriots (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA). The Trojans come into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Tattnall Square Academy nipped George Walton Academy (Monroe, GA), 10-2, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers play the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 18. Fayette County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Luella (Luella, GA).
