August 16, 2025: The Woodlands, TX 77384 College Park Cavaliers (The Woodlands, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Canyon Cougars (New Braunfels, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, College Park improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Conroe (Conroe, TX) to meet the Tigers in a 6A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, August 19. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Conroe won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX)
In their next game, the Cougars face the Pieper Warriors (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 19. Canyon will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 4-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX).
