August 16, 2025: Woodson, TX 76491 The Woodson Cowboys topped the visiting Newcastle Bobcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cowboys face the Gold-Burg Bears (Bowie, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 19. Woodson will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Bears go into the game with a 1-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Forestburg (Forestburg, TX).
The Bobcats (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Electra (Electra, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record.
