August 20, 2025: Encinitas, CA 92024 Santa Fe Christian Eagles (Solana Beach, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host San Dieguito Academy Mustangs (Encinitas, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Santa Fe Christian improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA) to face the Mavericks in a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. The Mavericks go into the test with a record of 1-5. La Costa Canyon won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against University City (San Diego, CA)
The Mustangs now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop's for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. San Dieguito Academy will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to La Jolla (La Jolla, CA). The Knights record now stands at 7-2.
