Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Milford Tigers (Milford, UT) and the host Water Canyon Wildcats (Hildale, UT), observed Milford's volleyball team top Water Canyon by a count of 3-1.

The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Panguitch (Panguitch, UT). The Bobcats enter the 1A Region 20 contest with a 3-1 record.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Wayne Badgers (Bicknell, UT) in a 1A Region 20 battle, on Wednesday, August 27. Water Canyon will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Badgers go into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Escalante (Escalante, UT).
