North Carolina High School Football - Lake Norman Charter can't hold off Lincoln Charter
August 22, 2024: Huntersville, NC 28078 Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the host Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 12-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Lincoln Charter advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC) to play the Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, August 30. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Langtree Charter won 14-6 in their recent non-league battle against Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC)
The Knights now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Christ the King for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 5.
