The Bowdon Red Devils football squad scored 55 points and limited the visiting Macon County Bulldogs to 22 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bremen for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29. Bowdon will face a Blue Devils team coming off a 70-7 non-league win over Jordan (Columbus, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-0.

The Bulldogs (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakeside (Atlanta, GA). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Lakeside was ripped by St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA), 34-27, in a non-league challenge.
