The Tuscaloosa County Wildcats football squad (Northport, AL), was trounced 45-13 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL)

The Falcons (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Calera (Calera, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Calera was trounced by Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL), 41-21, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Vigor Wolves (Prichard, AL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 29. Tuscaloosa County will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Wolves enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 21-6 non-league win over Blount (Eight Mile, AL).
