The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Carmel for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Granite Hills will clash with a Sundevils squad coming off a 43-13 non-league loss to Westview (San Diego, CA). The Sundevils record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Oceanside falls to 0-1 on the year. The Pirates host Helix (La Mesa, CA) to battle the Highlanders in a non-league game on Friday, September 12. The Highlanders enter the game with a record of 1-0.
