California High School Flag Football - Upland nudges Bonita

August 23, 2025: La Verne, CA 91750

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Upland Highlanders/Scots flag football team scored a tight 26-19 win over the Bonita Bearcats.

With the win, Upland improves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Highlanders/Scots host San Dimas (San Dimas, CA) to play the Saints in a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. The Saints go into the battle with a record of 4-2. San Dimas won 50-6 in their recent non-league battle against Chaffey (Ontario, CA)

With the defeat, Bonita drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-2.
