Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA) and the visiting South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA), observed Forsyth Central's volleyball team top South Effingham by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Union Grove (McDonough, GA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Union Grove notched a victory over Drew (Riverdale, GA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Mustangs battle the Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 23. South Effingham will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 11-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Marist (Atlanta, GA).
