August 26, 2024: Vienna, VA 22181 James Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, James Madison improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warhawks host Herndon (Herndon, VA) to face the Hornets in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Patriots now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Langley for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28.
