In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Union County Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Gaffney Indians.

The Yellowjackets (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Chesnee (Chesnee, SC). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Chesnee was edged by T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC), 1-0, in a non-league test.

The Indians now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chesnee for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 26. Gaffney will face a Eagles squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
