August 26, 2025: Waterford, MI 48328 Hazel Park Vikings (Hazel Park, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Mott Corsairs (Waterford, MI), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hazel Park improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Vikings host Center Line (Center Line, MI) to face the Panthers in a Macomb Area - Silver test on Thursday, September 4. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Corsairs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne Memorial for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. Mott will meet a Zebras team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Reese (Reese, MI). The Zebras record now stands at 1-2.
