The Pungo Christian Academy Raiders volleyball team (Belhaven, NC), was beaten 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Ridgecroft Rams (Ahoskie, NC)

The Rams (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northeast Academy (Lasker, NC). The Eagles enter the NCISAA Tarheel Independent challenge with a 3-5 record.

Next, the Raiders meet the Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans (Henderson, NC) in a NCISAA Tarheel Independent challenge, on Thursday, August 28. Pungo Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 league win over The Oakwood School (Greenville, NC).
