August 27, 2025: Saline, MI 48176 Rockford Rams (Rockford, MI) boosters were content Wednesday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Saline Hornets (Saline, MI), 37-20 in a non-league match.
The Rams (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Muskegon (Muskegon, MI). The Big Reds come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Muskegon was beaten by Grandville (Grandville, MI), 18-6, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Hornets play the Skyline Eagles (Ann Arbor, MI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 4. Saline will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 45-0 non-league win over Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI).
