Florida High School Volleyball - Sickles can't get by Strawberry Crest
August 27, 2025: Tampa, FL 33626 Strawberry Crest Chargers (Dover, FL) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Sickles Gryphons (Tampa, FL), 2-1 in a non-league outing.
The Chargers now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Saint Stephen's Episcopal for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. Strawberry Crest will play a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Admiral Farragut (St. Petersburg, FL). The Falcons record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Sickles drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to Robinson (Tampa, FL) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Knights come into the game with a record of 1-1.
