Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) and the visiting Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC), observed Bishop England's volleyball team top Carolina Forest by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Bishop England improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Battling Bishops travel to Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to face the Bengals in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Bengals go into the test with a record of 1-0. Lucy Beckham won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against James Island (Charleston, SC)

The Panthers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laney for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4.
