California High School Football - King/Drew can't hold off Brentwood School
August 28, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90049 Brentwood School Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their football team nip the visiting King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), 40-38 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Brentwood School advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Ontario Christian (Ontario, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 5. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Ontario Christian lost 35-13 in their recent non-league battle against Bonita (La Verne, CA)
The Golden Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Garfield for a non-league battle on Friday, September 6. King/Drew will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Crespi (Encino, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
