Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) and the visiting Anclote Sharks (Holiday, FL), observed Mitchell's volleyball team top Anclote by a count of 3-0.

The Mustangs (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Countryside (Clearwater, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.

Next, the Sharks battle the Zephyrhills Bulldogs (Zephyrhills, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. Anclote will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL).
