Florida High School Volleyball - Fivay overwhelmed by Central

Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central advances its record to 1-5 on the season. The Bears travel to South Sumter (Bushnell, FL) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 1-4. South Sumter lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Leesburg (Leesburg, FL)

The Falcons now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Ridge for a 5A District 9 test on Thursday, September 4. Fivay will face a Royal Knights squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Pasco (Dade City, FL). The Royal Knights record now stands at 3-0.
