Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN) and the visiting Franklin Central Flashes (Indianapolis, IN), observed Westfield's volleyball team top Franklin Central by a count of 3-1.

The Shamrocks (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bellmont (Decatur, IN). The Braves enter the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Bellmont achieved victory over South Adams (Berne, IN), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Flashes now own a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whiteland for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 3.
