The Americas Trail Blazers were victorious over the visiting Coronado Thunderbirds football team by a score of 20-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trail Blazers face the Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 4. Americas will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 16-8 non-league win over Irvin (El Paso, TX).
