South Carolina High School Football - Manning sneaks past Colleton County
August 29, 2024: Manning, SC 29102 The Manning Monarchs football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Colleton County Cougars to 20 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Monarchs now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodland for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. Manning will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 52-11 non-league loss to Colleton County (Walterboro, SC). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Colleton County drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC) to meet the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-0.
