The CenTex HomeSchool Chargers (Temple, TX) football trounced the host Johnson County Sports Association Lions (Cleburne, TX), 62-12 in Friday's league outing.

The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Town East Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. CenTex HomeSchool will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 30-20 non-league win over Jubilee Brownsville (Brownsville, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Johnson County Sports Association drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Lions host CHANT HomeSchool (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Chargers in a TAIAO Division 2 - North (6 Man) outing on Friday, September 5. The Chargers enter the game with a record of 0-1. CHANT HomeSchool lost 64-6 in their recent league game against Texas Wind (Waco, TX)
