Colorado High School Football - Hanover loses to Flagler

August 29, 2025: Flagler, CO 80815

Flagler Panthers (Flagler, CO) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Hanover Hornets (Colorado Springs, CO), 42-26 in a non-league battle.

The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Cheraw (Cheraw, CO). The Wolverines come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Cheraw was beaten by Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO), 50-34, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Hornets play the Idalia Wolves (Idalia, CO) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 5. Hanover will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Wolves go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 65-14 non-league win over Prairie (New Raymer, CO).
